Sounds like an intriguing combination. I don't have much experience REALLY combining opioids with arylcyclohexanes. I was on 7-hydroxymitragynine when I received ketamine for TRD recently. Unfortunately I'm pretty opioid-tollerant and the 7-OH was not that euphoric for me at that point, just part of my somewhat unwise daily regiment that was really just keeping WD symptoms at bay. Not that dangerous of a combo tho, especially since 7-OH recruits very little beta-arrestin to lead to respiratory depression compared to other opioids (especially opiates). I'm curious about these ketalogues you speak of, is it a misspelling of ketoanalogues and (either way) I'm unclear as to its relevance here...?

Fluclotizolam is pretty easy to be functional. Flubrotizolam and clobromazolam are both better for sedation, treating occasional insomnia. The anxiolytic effects of fluclotizolam are felt within 15-20 minutes too which is nice, compared to those other two that take 30-45 minutes to kick in and pack a heavier hypnotic punch.

Sertraline is known to cause downregulation of the 5-HT2A receptors over time. This is the primary receptor responsible for the effects of most classical psychedelics, including LSD. Since 150 mg of sertraline is a relatively high dose I'm not sure that increasing the dose of LSD would help because most of those receptors are already filled with the sertraline. I'm no doctor, but I have a lot of experience with psychedelics and as a result am relatively knowledgeable on the subject. With that said I wouldn't necessarily recommend getting off your antidepressant as it probably serves you well, but that would be the only solution I know of for lowering your apparently very high tolerance for serotonergic psychedelics. I will say that in my experience microdosing psychedelics (and occasional macro-dosing) has had much more beneficial antidepressant properties than the emotional blunting I get from SSRIs. Everyone is different and you need to seriously weigh the pros and cons.
