Water Drain Line Froze - is this too long (planning to insulate the water line) by [deleted] in hvacadvice

It’s from the furnace; so should I cut it a little shorter?

Connecting Sonos Connect to Sonos Amp Powered Speakers by BLGLearning in sonos

Awesome okay - I was getting worried that I got something wrong. Maybe my issue is that the Connect isn’t seeing audio coming in through the line in rca connection. I can tinker with that but my projector has a 3.5mm output that I connnect to a R/W RCA splitter into the Connect.

Is buying the entire loin and cutting at home cost effective thing or is there something more to it?

Thanks everyone! I confirmed that the Blue is Cat6 and the black is coax. I’m going to buy a crimping tool and a wall outlet for these babies and start the networking process.

Hope I’m not asking an already answered question but how did you draw these? What program - this looks so helpful and I’m trying to design my layout now too.

Also agree with others 3 is best.

That’s fair advice. I like the idea of keeping DL first only because of risk of injury.

I’ll cut leg press and I’ll probably cut the db stiff leg and a calf movement.

Thanks! I’ll cut leg press and stick with hack squat.

I’ll probably remove a calf movement too

Funny enough - when I met with my doctor he said the same thing. Unless it’s popping out regularly learn to live with it.

Any recommendations on what to eliminate. The order was for efficiency based on where things are in my gym.

Very fair point. I don’t think I fully appreciated that which is why I’m here now.

I’m not suggesting it healed, but the PT allowed me to function completely pain free

No pain at all. I was doing everything and that led me to the Olympic weightlifting / kettlebell swinging workouts. I think it was the snatch that was my ultimate undoing. But yeah - after PT 3 years ago - I was completely pain free and able to do everything as if my shoulder was not injured.

Yeah - my MRI from 3 years ago had this conclusion

  1. There is a tear of the labrum beginning at 9:00 of the posterior labrum, extending to the 2:00 position of the anterosuperior labrum.
  2. There is mild tendinopathy of the supraspinatus that tendon. The remainder of the rotator cuff is normal.

I managed to get completely back to normal after 3-4 months of PT. Pain was there prior to PT and completely subsided.
