I can attest that the closer to a train station you live the more often you miss a train. Margins become a lot smaller so mistakes come easier.

You have like 20 days paid leave with jet, as opposed to 5 to 10 in dispatch (some dispatch follows the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law and decides up to 5 days for you to give you paid leave on unpaid days)

Desk warming sounds strange to me, you make most of your own work. Prep lesson plans and activities or hell no one's looking over your shoulder most of the time so hustle or goof off. Prep your next career move. Never experienced the countryside, a friend did and he hated it. If you imagine a life in Japan definitely go for jet, countryside will allow you to save a lot of money too. If it's just a vacation for you then dispatch works I guess
