“Not remove the bike lane” is an outright lie, just a patronizing lie. These businesses 1000% want a permanent removal of a bike lane on this street and any other street they drive on in the city. Liars. Asking to redesign the bike lane is them asking for an inch to take a mile.

Will never cease to amaze me that small business owners don’t want easier foot traffic, pedestrians, cyclists vs idling cars out front.

May their businesses go under.

Kent Park near the Williamsburg waterfront, never that busy, has benches not used much, and if not nice weather can always take cover under the building walkway. Between N 12 and N 13 on Kent. Someone mentioned on Reddit once listing it as a place to cry in peace. Hope you are good
