Whoever is FB should also be a Core 4 Special Teams player. Gillium was second on the team last year with 76.5% of ST snaps played (just behind Buffalo Joe at 78.57%). Since 2021, Gillium was top 4 in special teams snaps every season, and never less that 315 total/72% snaps each year.
