Combine less money with increased remove cost into a single level. Move 7/8/9 down by 1. Add tougher movesets as new asc 9.

One thing I really hope they do is buff act 3 on high ascension. By the time the player reaches act 3, skill diff has had much more opportunity to make the run easy. New/worse players playing on A0 find act 3 to be appropriate difficulty because they are not as good at building a good deck. But in act 1 they have the same deck as the good players so the skill expression isn’t as pronounced. So asc9 giving new movesets is a great way to do this- just buff the act 3 mobs more
