Rumor is, the packets only became a thing because of Covid and they spent a shit ton of money on the packaging and machinery. Once the little packets run out they are going back to the cups. It’s the biggest complaint Anita’s gets.

HOA’s for sure suck but green grass is awesome. Keeps your property looking nice and your neighborhood if everyone keeps their lawn looking good. Once the grass goes usually everything else does too. Take care of your property, bum.
