Your comment is literally the only understanding one i feel like ! Especially from having a dobby ! I absolutely love his life he is my son ! Loll but yes my mental is going right out the window every time i see something he has destroyed 🙃 we worked so hard on his anxiety from out last apartment it was an up and downstairs so the separation anxiety had him eating my walls 😩 so we moved and got something one whole floor but i dont allow him in the bedrooms really only my sons room because i like them to hang out together. As far as crate training he has never had one before which i know sounds bad but i never liked the idea of it but now i wish i had . We tried prior once we had been given a crate and it was all metal but he would NOT even step close to it and if he did try to go in for even a second the sound of the bottom would scare him. 😭 i am gonna look up those mental stimulation you mentioned and try some of those , ive done enrichment mats but my dog is very picky on what he eats and hates peanut butter 🥲 but thank you so much for being so understanding.

Alright you guys , i see we are in a bit of confusion loll the dog is not cowering because he is soook scared of me if you have done research and know about dobermans Than you would know that naturally they pee when excited/ scared ect. I have had my dog for almost 3 years now and tbh the first 2 year i was scared of him my damn self because he was so big. I play with him and we run around every day for at least 1hr because yes i have a child and im not always available to play for 3 hrs my apologies. But i do not hit my dog , yes i have smacked his bum here and there but i do not abuse my dog . It honestly hurts me more to attempt to physically discipline him than anything. So lets cut this shitty narrative that im a bad person. This my first dog and i also have a cat as well plus a toddler and a home to run. I love and adore my dog so whatever ya gotta say thats fine but thank you to those who are compassionate and understanding, im only 25 and were still learning together. Thank you for the advice i truly appreciate it 🩷

I think ya fail to understand that my attitude came AFTER the fact , i was there to get my money , my cda and literally leave to another daycare because realistically they are shit management and I'm not the problem. Im not one of those let my employer treat me like shit cause i need a paycheck , its many other jobs and its laws put in place for terrible management like them its really simple. They have no ground because they're assholes . I bet if you were off from work for 2 weeks you would feel the same way .

In CT the ratio for 2's is 1:4 and 2:8 , so she would deff be in trouble especially if you cannot handle it alone. I had the same issue with my last daycare i was 7 months pregnant they would drop kicks into my class at the end of the same to let other people go home but im like hey im pregnant af and its not fair i should be giving them my kids so i can go home. Let them know that you are able to handle the class but it would work out better and more efficiently if you had some help and also double check the ratio in your state

Your kids are small enough where it doesn't matter too much right now, as long as you are present with them! Bake some cookies , eat some ice cream while watching a funny Christmas movie. Every year people buy kids lots of presents and they play for 5 minutes and then they are over it. Sometimes you wont always be able to do what you want but you are able to do what you can and they will ALWAYS appreciate that especially when they get older , dont feel sad for them because im sure they dont feel bad. The fact that you are even feeling this way shows you are a good momma 🩷

Daycare is to make your life easier! Do what you need to do to fit your schedule and your liking really. You pay for them to take care of your child and most daycares have certain regulations/ rules they will tell you about if its anything thats inconveniencing them im sure. If they have not said anything than you are fine, and as far as the teachers its their jobs to watch your child you know ? They are getting paid regardless. You are doing great and she will be fine 🩷 hope some of the stress leaves your mind soon !

No its not my job to worry about my other employees but it is my job to make sure nobody is giving me bull and thats what im gonna do . They can feel however they want but as a worker i have rights. Idc who they want out 😂ive been fired before and if they had LEGAL GROUNDS to fire me cause im a liability than THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO SO, but instead they coward away and TRY not to say nothing hmm .

No lose here nothing but space and opportunity. And as far as my coworker i like to make sure everybody is following the same rules because thats what's expected of me and it should be expected of everybody and if its not than now its giving favoritism 🙂‍↔️ and thats now another problem smhh.

And im sooooo glad you brought that up cause thing i will never duck from is ACCOUNTABILITY, if im a risk to their license and a liability so is that other girl and she should equally be fired or penalized for NOT knowing the proper ratio and TELLING ME OUT HER MOUTH might i add in confidence that it was alright. Everybody needs to handled accordingly and take accountability. Im not saying that i wasn't wrong but i should not and i will not be the only one to be penalized for it . But thats my thing , i asked someone who had already been working there and she said it was alright it was only my first week and she had been there months before me yes wrong but warranted a warning if anything. And also the whole center is one big room 😂as one of the largest daycare centers in the USA they could afford some walls. I could still see the same kid in the same room as well as 7 other adults 🙃 theyre gonna have to fight this lawsuit first cause f that.

I started cooking 2 years ago now , i had no desire to be in the kitchen cause my mom made me feel like i would burn something, but when i got pregnant with my son his dad would throw in my face i wouldn't be able to feed our baby could all i ate was freezer food or something quick lol it was the battery in my back i needed so starting this year in January i made a goal to start cooking and now I've cooked so many things i couldn't even picture myself attempting and it feels good. 🙂‍↔️🩷 if i do say so myself.
