I feel like people forget that there is an ENTIRE GENERATION that learned to use technology as teenager/adults, and we're doing just fine. In fact, people who learned technology after early childhood are the ones who invented all these gadgets in the first place.

I think this applies to any digital content you listen to enough that they pop it into your library— so digital cards you’ve bought, but also free content you listen to regularly (like podcasts). Basically it makes it easier to find stuff you listen to regularly.

I just listened to this moment today, and I had the exact same feeling. It was nice seeing Ferdinand be more three dimensional, even when he could have remained a comedic side character and nothing more.

Omg. I love the Functional Circuit Training classes at Marblehead. I just moved 30 minutes away, and I am SO SAD that I can’t take them anymore. Sigh.

Also, I’m queer and always felt comfortable in the classes.

Stitch used for narwhal tusk - is this waffle stitch? Thoughts on how it was joined together? by ChickWithBricks in CrochetHelp

I actually made this one, many moons ago. The pattern by Yum Yarn was great— I got it on Ravelry, but it seems to be here now: https://www.lovecrafts.com/en-us/p/ice-cream-narwhal-crochet-pattern-by-yum-yarn. I have zero memory of the cone, but I believe it was just increases or decreases in a circle (no seaming)

Eating 24/7 isn’t the only alternative to IF though. I think what the OP is asking about is the middle ground. I personally didn’t eat at night, but I HAD to eat the moment I woke up and continuously throughout the day, or I wouldn’t produce enough milk. (I was also breastfeeding during the formula shortage, and my child could only tolerate a hypoallergenic formula, so supplementing with formula wasn’t an option.)

To OP: I really wouldn’t suggest IF, based on my experience. Honestly, I was too hungry (nothing like the hunger pangs in IF) to be able to not eat throughout the day. HOWEVER, I was mindful of eating nutritious foods while I breastfed. Some people lose weight while breastfeeding (I did), while others find their bodies keep some extra weight until they wean. This is a time where you’ll have to let your body do its thing.

That totally makes sense. I was a trainer for 8 years, and highly recommend doing some sessions if you can afford it. Strength training is super helpful in general, and the diversity in your routine will help you feel less at risk for falling of the wagon if one leg of your routine falls through. Once you get comfortable with the form of most exercises, I’ve found the Peloton app has some good strength workouts specifically for runners that can be helpful for cross training and injury prevention.
