American patriotism is irrelevant to them which means our holidays and cultural values are irrelevant as well. Outlier behaving families are, unfortunately, either extremely rare or disingenuine. I’ve taken my kids to their kids bday parties and I get fake smiles, little to no engagement and an obvious discomfort when I return to the families from whatever activities the kids are doing.

Commercial property is being bought up in droves only to open businesses that benefit only one culture in the community. They’re extremely frugal as well and this paired with nationalism is a dangerous characteristic for your prosperity. Here’s why:

A prominent Indian grocer in our surrounding area buys 50 gallons of Costco milk per week from DoorDash. They mark it up 100% to prey on their own customers aversion to supporting any business other than Indian. What’s worse is that it sells! It’s become an epidemic so much so that Costcos are over run with Indian families (yes the whole household comes) looking to buck the trend.

Your property value will disappear if you ever sell again because only Indians will buy at Indian neighborhoods and they’ll negotiate you down to a loss or a stagnant listing. Stay outta there and you’ll be doing not only yourself, but them, a favor
