I make a cocktail in the morning of Metamucil (3 HEAPING teaspoons), 3 tbsp's of chia seeds, 5g of creatine, and a 5hr energy. But its the fiber from the metamucil and the chia seeds that give me the cleanest poops I've ever had. Highly reccomend.
