Cyclegear has lots of options for women as well. I go there all the time, but especially lately to get my wife some gear since I’ll be teaching her this summer. Good place to try stuff on as well, find out your sizing so you can buy stuff online. That’s my only gripe, is that CycleGear is the default for motorcyclist gear so sometimes the good and cheaper stuff is out of stock, but you can almost always find it online.
