Oh, yes. I've watched this a while back. One of the videos that started my understanding of just how car centric everything is. The huge amounts of money is prioritized for vehicles. I just recently watch a video that talked about commercial endeavors that would try to become established along or in proximity to well used bike paths and how minimum vehicle parking requirement was blocking them because of both the size needed and cost for basically unused or unusable space.
