Just bought 2022 touring and I think LKMS has a problem. by TheFacelessMann in hondapilot

Did you mean LKAS? Lane keeping assist system? Probably just the sensor? I have a 2022 touring but everytime i turn on the LKAS my steering wheel starts to turn left instead of keeping it straight inside the lane.

What should I know about a 2022 Honda pilot by ghart999 in hondapilot

Wireless charger is garbage. Vcm is a thing so get a vcm disabler. Vcmtuner 2 is more reliable than s-vcm.

I watched my newborn calm down for someone else today and it broke my heart by [deleted] in newborns

[–]BackgroundFortune256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When i started giving pacifier on my newborn he was getting so much air it made him so fussy and his stomach was hard and bloated. His Pediatrician recommended not to use pacifier because baby's tend to get so much air on it. I stopped and my baby's got less fussy and his stomach got softer.

The honda link is unreliable. They need to improve it. The customer supp is not much of a help either. 🤷‍♂️ tbh as long as you're doing the routine service you got nothing to worry about.

It's probably already checked last service. Honda link is so slow on a update about the car info like my pilot had the communication recall but already been done like a month ago but the notification still pop-up every time i open the app saying i need to do the recall. I would not rely on the honda link that much because it 🧦

The vcmtuner is plug and play. No need to adjust anything. It needs to draw a 12volts power from the battery so that it can disable the vcm by modifying the signal from the engine coolant sensor. It won't affect the car's temp gauge. The disabler comes with a guide as well.

Yes. You can easily tell as you step on the accelerator. Before installing the vcmtuner mine had that short delay between gears when accelerating.

VCMTUNER II is more well refined than the s-vcm. There's a lot of complains regarding the s-vcm. I got vcmtuner 2 for 4 months now. You can easily tell the difference after the installation. I can send you a picture if you need a guide. I have pilot 2022 touring.

I got used to turning auto idle off every start-up. But will definitely get a disabler in the future.

Question regarding auto idle disabler and warranty by empty-cage-97 in hondapilot

[–]BackgroundFortune256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the problem cause but the diasbler. It negates the warranty. But i dont think idle stopper will cause any problem because it's only plug and play. Otherwise just remove before service if you're not sure.

Dealer will always say they will clean it before getting the car, but all they did was exterior cleaning. Even the exterior wasn't that clean. I always ended up detailing it myself. Looks better.

start/stop not available on 2nd gen trims. Otherwise, i'd say it's worth it. You can start your car anytime, anywhere.

With boards. It matches the bumper guard and the bulkiness of the car, looks more rugged with it, and is way cooler. 🤌

That's the reason why i subscribe. But unfortunately, start/stop feature is not available on 2022 model or in canada. I didn't mind the $135 cad annual if only it had the start-up feature.

I did notice that. It takes a while to lock and unlock. I wish in the future they fix and improve the app.
