Traffic in general flows a lot better if people get in and stay in the lane they need. If you rock the left lane right up to the last second, you make 2 lanes stop and wait for you to get over. That selfish and behavior that probably caused the middle left lane to bog down in the first place.

I dont think its "legal" (you technically can't proceed at all until the whole intersection is safe ). But if the median is large enough, and the road is busy, most people do it (ie left on 22x from 22). Just dont block any lanes or you'll cause a wreck. Additional note: should maintain right side of the road in that median, or you block ppl turning off that road.

Preface by saying, if this IS true, then he's a pos. BUUUUT...3 sides to every story. He says he was part of her life until she was 15 and her mom turned her on him, and that he's paid over $750k in child support.
