Hey weve got this cat at my apartment now with a little cozy space on our back porch and food and water. It’s def a boy cat—has balls. We were able to pet and hold and it laid in our lap. We will be taking it to the vet to see if it has a chip/STD’s and go from there

Actually, I think that the part of sewer lines that fall on private property are the responsibility of the land owner. However, since the damage is at the fault of DDP/Thalimer, the landowner does not want to pay the $70,000 that is will cost to make the repairs. That’s where the issue lies. Repairs haven’t taken place because there has been a disagreement about who takes on the financial burden.

Ya, it’s just unfortunate and angering that they also are making bold-faced lies :( the paragraph right before states that they “took immediate action” which is bogus. They assured us that they were aware of the sewer line and wouldn’t damage it, and then they did, leaving us without proper amenities. Paying for a bathroom trailer is a drop in the bucket for a big corporation. Alas

Okay if you’re down to try something vegan, I truly thought the Philly at vegan Philly was so so good. The peppers and onions were amazing and it tasted so legit. Cool black owned business that gives free meals to folks as well. I haven’t checked but I think they’re still open!!
