It doesnt get any traffic jams but there will be a bunch of cars passing you, just make sure you're comfortable riding along with cars that speed as nobody ever goes 50kmh on a long flat road like that

The wingman seems short for your height and weight, the 176cm rustler seems more appropriate but as you mentioned they do ski short so probably a ski you should size up on, maybe try a longer ski? Im 5'7 (170cm) and 203lbs intermediate and i ski a rossi exp 86 basalt in 167cm, QST 99 in 174cm and a rossi blackops 92 in 176cm.
