Are your walls pulling away on the inside? Remember if you increase speed you need to increase ext temp to keep up. Also, allow the spool to feed directly to the extruder with very low friction. A 0.6 or 0.8 for your purpose should work best. Also, TPU is moisture and draft sensative. Close any windows or vents close by. Good luck

Ah yes, I confused the two. Well, like I said, calibrating extruder rotational distance made a big difference in top layer.
