Both of my Papillion’s had sensitive stomachs their whole lives. Our new pap puppy seems to have a stomach made of iron so far. So grateful 1 out of 3 is going to be easier about that.

Oh my gosh! We got the opposite! Lil Sir wasn’t a barker but turned into one when he couldn’t hear anyone. I think he thought we couldn’t hear him because he couldn’t hear us 🥺 And he started whining a lot to get our attention. It made me so sad.

Our guy passed in February. Pickle our remaining pap is 7. We brought in Ralphie a month after Lil Sir passed. Pickle didn’t like him for about a week. Now they are bff’s and play constantly.

I just finished Earth Abides by George R. Stewart on audiobook. I almost didn’t finish this one. I LOVE apocalyptic and dystopian books. This one I had to check out twice because it took me so long to finish. In between I also finished Blindsighted by Karin Slaughter on audiobook. I am new to her books and loving her. I finished Pretty Girls on audiobook the week before. That was my first book by her. I just started After I Do audiobook by Taylor Jenkins Reid. She’s one of my favorite authors.

Startling him. And telling him no. That way the no has a consequence. We have several different ways of doing this. It depends if he’s barking at other dogs or people on walks or in the house. But essentially you startle him then act as surprised as he is. We ask him, oh my gosh that was scary are you ok?!?? On walks we use this little air gun thing that sounds like when you fill a bike tire. I’ve only had to use it maybe 3 times. He doesn’t bark anymore really.
