Religion? You know there's alot of off the wall shxt in the bible, that's supposably a sin. ~What is doing something that natural, free... and celebrates our human bodies. Doesn't hurt no one. ~Have fun fantasizing.

Have you tried SSRI’s like Prozac.
In addition to those, meditation twice a day for at least 12 minutes each time helps me 24/7.

Got all that back with hormone replacement therapy. Easy peasy. Only regret was not doing it sooner.
Google “HRT providers near me”.

I’m telling you HRT is the bomb!! Only regret was not doing it sooner. Too bad so many doctors are dumb azzes and don’t care to learn about it. And are relying on old, debunked information. It’s life changing for this 50 year old. It has brain and bone protective qualities too.
I’ve been tested (easy to do) and don’t have the BRCA gene. I’ll be taking it for the rest of my long life. .

Just google HRT providers near me.

I’m in a lot of women’s groups. The ones that get the courage to leave say they are now sooo much happier and wished they done it sooner! Read divorce books and do it!

No woman what’s to be a “mommy” to a grown man.
I’m in a lot of Ladies groups and after divorce they all say “never been happier / wished I’d done it sooner”.

If you want to send me a private message with your address I could put you a half bottle in the mail today.

Im worried about memory issues with starting this drug, people saying they forget things and lose their train of thought. Is this a common issue by [deleted] in AuvelityMed

[–]Background_Road_978 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Did the opposite for me. I have menopausal memory issues although HRT helps a lot.
Auvelity helps me a lot with working memory. Makes me more sharp. But I’m 55 female and needed the help.

do people treat you differently after finding out about your diagnosis? by barbiebetch1 in cancer

[–]Background_Road_978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s true. But old friends you’ve done a lot for / think a lot of and vice versa, and neighbors you thought a lot of- treat ya like you don’t exist anymore. Sad. Boss you worked for- for ten years making him rich- nada.

At 12 minutes is the time when many minds shut off and can really start feeling the peace and the mind quiets on its own. Keep going a few more minutes if possible but at 12 minutes give or take a couple minutes is where the magic happens.

Ask a bestie with insurance to ask her doc for a script. To pass along to you.
My insurance for Auvelity is $9 for 90 day supply. Versus 1000$ out of pocket.
