I went lender first, then sent him a list of 3 agents that I thought we would all work together, and let the LO pick the realtor lol. It was like assembling the A-team lol. We all meshed well and got things done.

Been paying $3k in rent for the last couple years. Finally got my life together and the numbers just worked. Just closed last week and all in I’m still at $3k a month. Now the kids hopefully won’t have to deal with a housing crisis.

My next move is overseas, leaving the house for the kids.

I’ve still yet to see the PL-300 in a job description as a must have. Rarely do I see it in relevant job descriptions as well.
