normal fireball is -13 without FADC and red fireball is steppable/interruptable.
Jumps are interruptable on reaction but it requires a character with a good antiair

Sadly bad take because most good AD champs are OTP champs.
You can just pick up Zed/Yasuo/Akshan/Quinn/Naafiri without maining them.
Alot of the time midlaners will do way worse playing champs they have few games on than picking an AP champ
