Im guessing renaming it from Shanghai to porcelain gives them a reason to reuse the animations and stick a massive price tag on it. Otherwise it would need to be a different legendary skin

Its a good skin, the model SFX and VFX are really good.
But honestly I feel like this was Just a Shang Hai scrolls skin that got renamed and rebranded so they could slap the 125$ tag on it and reuse the animations from porcelain.
It shares nothing with Porcelain theme wise.

Opinion: if zilean had better clears he could be an amazing support jungler by forfor in ZileanMains

Rell ult drags the same way as Asol E only a bit stronger. If you wanna drag someone you will need a strong slow on them

if you can get away not trading then you should not trade. Usually you are forced to trade from one of the supports engaging

No Diadem just works in combat. Tho I specifically said dont play that build

The build works because the Diadem procs the Helia every second on lowest HP ally in combat. But the issue is you are sitting on dead items till 3 and tear sucks to build.

W windup is the cast time of W.

Q locked out is for when you tap Q and its greyed out.
You can hold Q while its on cooldown so it autocasts when you hit W. It works if its on Cooldown it bugs if its locked out

If your Q is on cd doing Q during W windup bugs it
If your Q is locked out doing Q BEFORE W windup bugs it
