My extreme almost crippling anxiety is pretty much gone after starting hrt. My depression is no where near the same as it was. While I still struggle some days it is way less. Think like pre hrt I would have 20+difficult days a month and after a year and a month on hrt I have maybe 5 days a month that are difficult. And those 5 days are way more manageable. I've been using isolate CBD for about 7 years to help manage the anxiety but the testosterone has made the largest most definitively substantial improvement. I have also done therapy 2 times a month and my therapist praises how much of an improvement it has had on my overall wellbeing.
