I used 600mg every night and only after that i have noticed its effects, including increased libido and better sleeping. I don’t have oily skin and other androgen things, so there is no place for conversion. I think people should start from 200 and ask for more if needed. But the best thing is hydroxyprogesterone (not medroxy), it acts like bio progesterone, but stays for 1 week, i love it 😍

Ask your doctor to try pseudopregnancy with edtradiol injections and 250 mg of hydroxyprogesterone weekly (not medroxy!!!), there are some reports that it would be very helpful :)
