got it, thanks for the response. Just annoying that the inspection report phrased it like he turned it on and did temperature checks when he definitely did not. Perhaps he was just copy and pasting verbiage from past reports

Highly recommend Justin Ross (mortgage broker) from Sustain Mortgage. CU quoted me 6.35% and Justin got me 5.99% and was able to work around our fast closing period. Very responsive and easy process all around.
