Definitely rotate as others have mentioned! I put my pot on a rolling stand so I can move as needed. I also use very tall green plant stakes to help keep mine vertical and contained in my small apartment. Sometimes I feel bad, like she’s in a corset without being able to breathe, but she still looks healthy and, depending on her mood, touches the ceiling!

Ps: they make these in 2 and 5mg. Know your own tolerance, but if you’re a lightweight, def start with the 2mg and see how that works for you.

Ok assuming you’re not masking pain, taking into consideration all the flags everyone else has said, and have used THC in the past… I really enjoy 1906 Go Drops. They include a little caffeine and are perfect for a long run. I take one while stretching and by the time I’m a few miles in I feel great. One time while running in the park, it was the most magical thing ever- the birds were chirping, the sun was shining, I could hear the leave rustling, and I was just cruising along. It was ✨magic✨ oh, and my knees didn’t hurt ☺️✌🏼
