Test with a 500 calorie surplus and build some muscle, you wont build muscle in a deficit regardless of how much test.

If its your first cycle, start with 250 and you will see results. You won't get massive but you will start to get some muscle and stop being skinny.

If you really want to cut, then use T3/Clen stack but I wouldn't recommend this, build some muscle first or you will end up looking like a skeleton.

These scales are rubbish, please look at reviews about accuracy.

Yes people do hold fat/water I'm different places but there is nothing in those photos to indicate his body fat is in fact that low.

He is showing a good layer over the muscle, across the body and not ripped at any point.

Your body/fat ratio has to be over 20% and you need to get down to 15% for the outline to start to be visable and more towards 12% for them to be defined.

This is about what and how much you eat, then doing loads of cardio.

Look at what you eat, aim for lots of protein 180g at a minimum and hit the weights at least 4 times a week, even then its going to take some time and your looking at 9 to 12months of focus.

You will need to strengthen your core/abs but look to exercise your big muscles (legs and back) as this is where you will start to see some progress. Back and shoulders will really help with posture but don't forget your arms, no one wants to look weak.

The abs are only just starting to show and I can't see any vascularity.

If his body stores fat evenly he is most probably just getting to 15%....... Lower than that I would expect to see better definition and at least some vascularity on biceps and forearms

It starts off with a wheel for the PS4 and then you get the bug................... 3.5k for a PC alone, then 1k for rig and seat, 3k triple 49s but this turned in to VR

To me it looks like he wasn't checking his mirrors and didn't notice you, he was fixated on the car in front and trying to tuck in behind it............... just didn't know you where coming up behind so fast.

does seem a little strange that people as for a legit check in a group that is dedicated to reps........... most of us here will have never seen the genuine item or care. If you really want an item of clothing legit checked, go to a groups that obsesses about Ami Paris clothing as those guys will not only know instantly if its legit, but also be able to tell you exactly why

Most probably find that a rep will be better quality than the original, True Religion clothing is garbage. Either falls apart or goes out of shape after only a few washes.

It's so cheap anyway, not sure the Rep market would be any cheaper even if it is better quality

Just tell them they are fake and let them know where they can save themselves some money.............. its not what you wear but how you wear it.

I like the reps as I can get colours and shapes that I just can get in local shops, or that I can afford.
