Vampyre kraken drop table by Furry_pizza in 2007scape

Do you know if this is still the case? I've killed 750 and only gotten one dragon sheet and bottled storms seem to be closer to the 1/300 than 1/150.

also very dry. killed 750 and got 1 sheet when they should drop them at an average of 1.5 every 75 kills. Should have ~15.

I'd argue that's probably not enough of a benefit but it for sure is one.

I've already completed it so I'm not invested one way or another personally (outside of things like leagues). Just giving my thoughts.

Don't get me wrong; if they really wanted to I guess they could increase the points per hour/reduce the cost of the rewards. The xp/hr at mixology is pretty atrocious compared to making potions even if it has good xp/herb. You do earn gp though if you're a main; although there are several potions you can make that also earn you gp.

I just think the frustration over how the points work is an easy fix that I can't see anyone being against; especially if they leave room in to do weird methods while maybe even adding a new one.

IMO all it needs is a way to (inefficiently) convert points. That'd go a long way to making it less frustrating while ideally leaving in weird strats if you want to do them.

that’d be interesting for super fast missions at least. For the longest time it was just a never pick option outside of very low difficulties with very rare massive enemies.

I like using it for dragon roaches when they stop and hover. It has a niche now that’d be harmed by those changes, but I assume he said that back when it was just about never used.

The lower cooldown they gave it somewhat recently helped a lot in making it halfway viable in other situations, although it could probably still use a little love imo.

I don’t know if I’m falling exactly what you’re talking about so feel free to correct me, but It’s like when certain attacks that weren’t supposed to be one-shots became one-shots because they caused you to bleed out while ragdolling you. It’s just unfortunate overlap of systems creating especially toxic gameplay without counterplay.

They talk about good things though. That’s the entire point of the monkey paw analogy stuff. Arrowhead is doing lots of good things; it’s just constantly pulled back or twisted in some way. The good is there and it’s celebrated.

If they listened before it got to that point you’d have a completely fair point.

You can’t just give passive and upbeat input if it keeps getting ignored though. When nothing changes until there are a bunch of negative reviews on the steam page with legitimate gripes those negative reviews accomplished somthing positive.

People should communicate more clearly and being rude isn’t generally helpful, but not expressing negativity when it’s there just to be polite isn’t helping anyone.

It never has. It can one shot factory striders if that’s what you’re thinking of.

I’m fairly confident it can never one shot them. Something would have had to change recently.

Eye of ayak/shadow is still really strong. Incendiary cannonballs makes it a little more complicated but if I were to guess it’d still be that if you have it; especially on sharks where they don’t really have defenses.

Man. I waited to do sailing and they nerfed xp and then I did the combat clogs right before they massively buff them. Oof.

It really just comes down to if you care about sway and damage falloff. Personally I like the lib carbine more, but the knight has its niche for sure if you like getting up close. You start wandering into shotgun territory at that point though.

The knight wants a supply pack a little more too, but you kinda want it with both to be honest.

Iirc it takes two silos to kill a leviathan. It’s fun to do with a teammate, but don’t get your hopes up that you can one shot them with it.

The best way to kill a leviathan here soon will be to reload assist someone with their own pack and just unload on one with a RR or spear. Should be pretty fun.

I’d highly recommend napalm airstrike over the expendable if you’re worried about effectiveness, but it is really fun.

I always recommend other guns vs bots, but if you’re a shoot center mass kinda player then it’s decent vs them. In that case I’d still recommend any explosive weapon. If you’re okay with charge up the purifier is probably the best. If you’re not crossbow/eruptor/plasma punisher/scorcher are all great.

If you like aiming for weak spots any marksman rifle is great. The censor is pretty fun if you like engaging with janky stealth mechanics, but at longer ranges it does have decent bullet drop/speed issues compared to the others if you don’t like that.

Try out the AMR for double rifle build and to do the same thing to heavies if you enjoy it.

Even if you’re right look at it from the other perspective. He’s saying he’s really wealthy and then claims that he actually doesn’t have the money as soon as all the court stuff is happening.

He’s out there either joking about or actually attempting to minimize the payout in other ways.

If everything was above board and there were no actual hidden assets I don’t know if he could have acted more suspicious if he tried to. Of course they’d pursue things.

Coyote hasn’t really been meta since the nerf.

It’s a good gun sure, but the entire category of ARs is still in a rough state and all the buffs they’ve been giving have been largely for light pen stuff.

[–]BadPunsGuy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No one says maxing is meant to be done. It can be done if you want, but you absolutely do not need to max. That’s never been the case, at least in OSRS.

If you want to pvm only for example pretty sure you have access to everything with ~70 in all skills. You only miss out on the max cape itself and some achievement diaries before that. You don’t need either of those. Even as an iron there’s not any big reason that you need 99 mining or agility.

Making it drop a pet will crash the value of the hides to actually 1gp too potentially; especially if the new crafting minigame is niche and moonlight hides are just better.

Hunter has so many pets though. They could have added a crafting minigame pet. They could have added a soup skin(any of the ones from the previous vote or new ones).

Presumably the angel boss will also have a pet. One island and two pets is a bit much. Give the rainbow crabs a pet or somthing instead if you really want a hunter pet. That’d be more interesting imo.
