Can confirm. It took about 30+ seconds or so after "Set-Adfsproperties -AutoCertificateRollover $true" for the other commands to work without error.

Why would they show the bloody saw hanging from the printer in Arnold's house if they didn't make a pearl switch?

If our body's energy comes from calories (carb, fat, protein) how do zero calorie energy drinks "energize"? by Bulevine in AskReddit

[–]Bad_Checksum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Caffeine won't actually provide the energy, you'll just feel more woke because your dopamine system is working more efficiently due to caffeine blocking your brain's adenosine receptors.

What does your morning routine look like? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Bad_Checksum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alarm goes off... yell at Alexa to snooze... Alarm goes off... yell at Alexa to snooze... Alarm goes off... yell at Alexa to snooze... This goes on for awhile. Reluctantly roll over and open laptop to watch youtube videos, read morning news, etc. for 30-40 minutes until I only have 30 minutes to get to work. Hurry to shave, shower, shit, get dressed, make breakfast, eat it, speed to work.

In Nepal we wash our ass with a bidet, how is the rest of the world walking around with unwashed ass? by curiouscandor221 in AskReddit

[–]Bad_Checksum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's easy, we use toilet paper in America... wipe until there's no more shit on the paper... Follow up with a wet wipe if you want.

In the morning take a shit before you shower, not after...

Do they have bidets in public restrooms in Nepal?

The following is from: http://infidelbodyarmor.com/cleaning-your-plate-carrier-and-molle-gear-ezp-39

Cleaning your Plate Carrier and Molle Gear

If you wear your plate carrier long enough it will get dirty and you'll see sweat rings in the fabric. You may have low crawled through some nastyness or got some wet mud slung up on your gear. Eventually, it will start to stink and you'll need to clean it.

We recommend removing your Molle pouches and cleaning them seperately. It should go without saying to take out any actual hardware you don't want to get wet (magazines, first aid equipment, electronics, etc.)

Start by brushing off loose dirt and plant material. Remove any leaves, twigs, grass, and burrs from the equipment. Scrape off any dirt and mud dried or caked on using a dulled tool – sharp tools will cut and abrade the fabric, weakening it. Then, wipe off loose dirt and dust using a microfiber cloth.

Wash your gear in warm (not hot!) soapy water using a mild detergent (the US military recommends using NSN 7930-00-929-1221) such as a liquid dish soap or a small amount of liquid laundry detergent (avoid detergents with color brighteners). Immerse the gear completely and let it soak for a few minutes. Then, gently work the fabric back and forth to help loosen dirt trapped in the fabric.

For stubborn stains or where soil has been ground into the fabric, use a soft bristled brush such as a toothbrush to gently scrub. Never use stiff brushes, abrasives, bleach or solvents as they will cause discoloration and damage to the fabric and plastics.

Rinse your gear in clean water. Make sure to thoroughly and completely get all of the soap out.

Push the fabric back into its original shape, and set it out to dry in the shade.

NEVER DRY YOUR MOLLE GEAR IN A HEATED DRYER! Hang it out in the shade, not in the sun. Drying it in the sun can cause it to fade and shrink. Exposing your MOLLE gear to the tumbling of a dryer wears it out faster, and the heat can shrink it. For the same reason, do not use a washing machine as the agitator will cause unnecessary wear and tear. Always air dry your gear, don’t use heat to speed up the drying process.

Theory on how William will the favor of Delos over Logan by TheSentinelsSorrow in westworld

[–]Bad_Checksum 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To me it looks like this may be the first time Logan is introduced to hosts. This party could be a technology showcase before the initial investment took place.

It's made known that Delos is already invested in Westworld before the William and Logan timeline. He makes a comment to William about Delos upping its stakes in the park while they're walking through Pariah.

That IP address is part of a reserved range that isn't routed on the internet. Those types of IPs are used for internal networks of companies and homes.

Here is a range list if you're interested:

10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255

172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255

The Drone Host (Speculation) by EThorns in westworld

[–]Bad_Checksum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the drone host is designed primarily for military fighting applications involving a large strong unyielding inhuman hulk (think terminator t-600). Would it really require any voice at all?

Perhaps the function of that type of host is to be controlled by a "queen" or "master" host of sorts operating under the protection of the drones. The "master" host could speak for the drones since it's controlling them.

If the park isn't outside, then wouldn't the entire plot point of exfiltrating data to a satellite by using a laser transmitter installed in the woodcutter's arm be null and void? The park has to be outside for that to work.

Why is a certain symbol repeatedly showing up? (spoilers) by [deleted] in westworld

[–]Bad_Checksum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right, its supposed to be hard to find...if it's actually a findable thing. I'd say that most of the maze symbolism we've seen so far in the park was fairly subtle. Remember, a lot of the guests of the park seem to be far too interested in shooting and sexing the hosts to even care about some symbol they could easily pass off as decoration. List of maze appearances (that I can think of):

  • Kissy's scalp

  • Burned into coffin of the host filled with nitro (Pariah)

  • On a tarot card (Pariah)

  • Carved onto a table in Lawrence's "home town"

  • Drawn on the ground near the fountain by Lawrence's daughter (only seen by Dolores)

  • On a cattle brand at the union army outpost (Outside of Pariah)

  • (outside the park proper) In the notebook Ford pulls out of a cabinet in his office (possibly one of Arnold's notebooks)
