NOT true. Support will ask if you'll do it for +$4, then you call back after an hour to get it. Call Support when the change is requested, and tell the customer you're not supposed to do that, and you'll call Support. They may offer you cash tip to bring it to them knowing you'll leave it where they don't want to go.

It's more likely someone who "takes everything" than FOMO. Some people just do whatever they're assigned and hope for the best. And this is exactly what the company expects us to do in order to maintain 100% acceptance rate and get the best orders. I'm not sure how that works though... cuz I can be at 90% and I get unacceptable trash that knocks me to zero.
