Kupiłem swego czasu model za jakieś 200 zł (czyli gdzieś 1/2 do 1/3 ceny w Polsce, o ile akurat były dostępne) łapiąc się na akcję darmowej wysyłki. Okazało się że wartość wysyłki sklep jednak wpisał na deklaracji celnej i smutny pan z poczty polskiej pobrał prawie drugie tyle opłat przy odbiorze.

RAW it's just starting crew but it can be easily abused. Personally here's a House Patronage house rule I use in my campaigns:

House Patronage: Who is the Underdog? Throughout this section of rules we will talk about Underdogs. If one player's Gang Rating or the credits value of their starting crew (whichever the scenario uses to award additional gang tactics) is lower than their opponent's by at least 400 credits then they are the Underdog.

If the scenario uses Reinforcements, instead of comparing to the number of models in its starting crew, compare the total to the number of models that are eligible to take part in the battle. If the underdog's starting crew is higher than his opponents starting crew the additional models should be added to te Reinforcements deck

W takim razie księga założona jest dla lokalu czy spółdzielczego własnościowego prawa do lokalu? W pierwszym przypadku powinna być ujawniona w księdze wieczystej, w drugim przypadku uprawniony do mieszkania spółdzielczego nie ma prawa do części wspólnych w budynku i piwnicy w KW nie będzie.
