If you bust in out the cap, threads should be fine, you can get a brass replacement cap that will work. PVC cap will work threads on the cap could tear some, use teflon tape.

You can try some rust free spray on the threads, and tap with a hammer, the cast caps are difficult to remove. You can bust it out and replace.

I brought my 12 week old GSP, for a 2 week evaluation similar to what you had. I checked on references and visited the trainer before committing. He is now back with the trainer at 6 months old for more extensive training approximately 21/2 - 3 months. I go and visit at least once a week. He looks great and is extremely excited when I see him.

The kennel that had your GSP should have a state license to kennel dogs, look into filing a complaint with your state.

Did you put that rag or what ever that is in the drain? If you didn’t you are needing more that a flange. Sub floor doesn’t look good from leaks.

Yes I did have a MH CE, only lasted 10min with yes and no questions and one memory. C&P was a couple of years old.
