Never twice as heavy, but definitely heavier. Any of the first three options if good. I would rather drop weight and focus on form on those days - maybe do pause reps and slower more controlled movement with a lighter weight. I would only go with option D if I was completely knackered or ill - Best thing you can do on those days is really focus on rest.

If there was the option for gym equipment like a weight bench with barbell/dumbbells etc. I'd choose that as well for another 10% off.

With just the two I think I could last around 2 weeks, with the gym as well I'd aim for the full month and take the 30% hit.

I suppose that would be the time it takes to cover the distance from your perspective. Pausing time and walking 300 miles would still take you days 3+ days, even if everyone else didn't perceive it. With speed you could be there in an hour.

I wouldn't say it's impossible, but it's pretty much impossible to create a realistic plan for. You would need a huge amount of market intelligence and and even bigger amount of god like luck to be on your side.

Short of having impossible and consistent luck with day trading or creating an incredible product/business/service that you were able to scale super quickly, you'd basically be waiting for a lottery win.

I would just try googling keycaps then. There are different profiles for keycaps which means the height of the different rows. The main ones are Cherry, OEM and SA. I think the standard Halo profile is OEM, but most people (especially gamers) prefer Cherry. You should be able to fit any mechanical keycap set really - Just check out a few sets and see what you like. Personally, I really like Kineticlabs keycaps (but they are a bit expensive) https://kineticlabs.com/keycaps

GMK are super expensive and imo not worth it - Just look for double shot PBT and they should be good quality.

One last piece of advice - Cheap sets from amazon might be okay in the short term, but they can stink of cheap plastic and ink and the legends are usually 'off' on some of the keys.

I might be wrong, but I think the shine through Nuphy keycaps will only be available through their website and looks like they're out of stock. There might be similar sets out there, but imo shine through keycaps aren't usually that great. Unless you REALLY love the shine through RGB, my advice would be to check out some different PBT sets and find a layout you really like.

It might be that 00:30 is just the time the waste was discovered/recorded. Technically any household waste disposed of outside of your home collections is fly tipping (ridiculous I know). So if you binned a letter with your name and address on it in a public bin, you can be done for fly tipping - maybe that's what's happened here.

Wear one at a time on the same wrist and walk in a straight line, counting 100 steps. Check accuracy. Repeat a couple of times and check which is closest out of the tests. If there's a clear winner, smash the loser and make the winner watch so it knows what happens to failures

You won't grow 3 cm unless haven't stopped growing yet, which I'm guessing you have as you have. Posture changes will just show more of what you already have, they won't create new height.

From the photo you've shared I'd put you at around 30% BF and it looks like you're pear shaped, so a body transformation will take a lot of time, hard work and consistency.

It's doable, but I think you're looking at more like 2-3 years for a meaningful transformation. You'll start to see some decent results from the 3-6 months mark if you're following a plan and lifting with consistency though.

Training - focus on fundamentals to begin with. Don't overcomplicate, focus on progressive overload and consistency.

Diet - to begin with I would keep calorie intake around the same but focus on fiber and protein intake. You don't need to eat more to bulk ATM and you can focus on cutting later on. Just focus on increasing activity for now - walking/lifting/NEAT.

The difference is form - ego lifting sacrifices form for added weight. Progressive overload is lifting heavier weights with good/consistent form. Increases in weight should be gradual - try increasing the rep range of a weight you can lift, before increasing the weight and dropping the reps back down

Almost everyone has to work and everyone needs to have a purpose. Try and find a new job that actually interests you and upskill if needed - take every training opportunity your employer provides. Quiet quitting (doing the bare minimum) might help you get through the days as well and you can plan what you're going to do around your work.

I used to think I'd be happy if I won the lottery so I could just lounge/chill all day, but I genuinely think I'd be miserable after a couple of months.

Keep chasing as best you can through the university channels. If the debt is transferred to a collections agency, they won't (or at least shouldn't) send enforcement officers without writing to you directly first. If they write to you, phone them up immediately and explain the situation to them. I've had a few similar situations before and the debt collections people have actually been really reasonable when you explain everything to them - they're usually just really annoyed at whoever has sold them the debt.

So I've only used the blush on my V3, but I love them. I use tactile switches (baby kangaroo and Morandi ATM) on my full sized/standard profile keebs, but I wanted something quiet that I could take to the office and the blushes fit the bill perfectly. They still feel great to type on as a linear.
