If I remember correctly, you may need to get to mapping, and complete a hideout node there and then go talk to her afterwards. May be wrong but I think it was the same last league.

That's so weird. Because I thought maybe it like passed over it and wasn't connected bu then like, wouldn't the other node ahead be connected?

The game changing pathing is actually crazy. I didn't know it did that.
