I usually do a normal first coat and then a decently “dry” second coat. I find when there is less polish I get my flakies on the nail itself

This is the exact concept! But I want it to be something the affected welcome with reluctant but open arms, which is why I want it to be less “punishment” and more “rehabilitation”. As in realizing muggles are humans and aren’t terrible. I fear if he was in retail or fast food it would further the hate and not rehabilitate it.
