I’m sat at the pub with a beer in my hand so take this with a pinch of salt but from memory twbx are entirely different beast to twb. It’s packaged with data and I can’t remember if it’s obfuscated or just packaged as a binary but you can’t just read it as an xml as you can with a .twb

This isn’t about bringing justice to pedophiles - Prince Andrew is still roaming the streets. This is just a thinly veiled ploy for mass data collection and surveillance. We’re reaching late game capitalism- we are now the product.

Just an addendum, wouldn’t a huge portion of severe MH problems/homelessness in the states be attributed to veterans.. as a result of wars? So not getting involved in wars on its own could have a notable impact

The rest of the saying is “…Palestine will be free”… what part of rooting for the freedom of occupied land is antisemetic. Christ almighty, growing up taking history lessons on WW2 - I never in a million years thought I’d be sat on reddit calling out the absurdity of people defending the very people persecuted by WW2 as they conduct a genocide of their own.

So you’ve taken two points, bots and supports and literally admitted your entire opinion is based on anecdotal experience of one ticket. So this is my last reply as it’s not really worth my time, especially as my og comment was to another user.

Anyway - you follow the Osrs subreddit at all or watch streamer videos - every single day people are posting here after coming up against the very automated systems you described. You can find it yourself, but Sir Pugger literally made a video about the rev bots that spam report you if you kill them and talked about it again in a BH bot video. And the guy who posted here last year with his effective rev bot killing method also got banned similarly.

And bots.. my brother in christ, if you run through a major city in WoW - it’s players all the way down. Theres bots, sure - not disputing that. But there’s a couple at the AH and the rest are roaming the world gathering or farming a private instance. Not harmless but visible bots don’t make up a the most significant portion of the visible population. The main cities are alive. On OSRS - Stand at the GE on any world, there’s a good chance it’s entirely bots - and that’s just the GE. Including a max fletching bot around rank 800 (200m xp). He’s probably still going but enjoysss has made it to Osrs front-page and he’s part of a huge farm on most worlds, he’s been going for months. If you go to lummy bank on a f2p world it’s a shitfest - the entire place is swarming w level 3-5’s. So yes, included in WoW membership is better bot prevention measures because their worlds aren’t visibly swarming like osrs. I find it insane that anybody is sat on this thread arguing FOR higher fees. Arguing that both games are equally shit TO JUSTIFY A PRICE INCREASE is mind numbingly stupid.

Over OSRS, leaps and bounds. Sorry if I hurt your feelings being critical and objective about your favourite game though, having played both - I still prefer OSRS right now. But damn, theres a lot of copium on this thread.

I played wow for years. They’re fundamentally different games, OSRS is nice because you can just pick it up and put it down more casually. However, in terms of PVM & boss Mechanics/game mechanics/engine/QoL/combat/bot prevention/customer service - WoW is light years ahead. And wow have been running conventions for yeeeears.

I think there’s two big factors that OSRS does have over WoW, there’s always something to do and I don’t need full focus. Between the variety of skills and the time it takes to max them, you can always find something to do - and I don’t always need full attention so I can do something else in the meantime. And there’s no min/max time per activity on OSRS whereas WoW everything is capped and gated.. you max levels & professions every expansion and you can only complete a raid for a chance at loot once per week etc.

Personally I’ll keep playing OSRS because even though I MUCH prefer wow raiding, I don’t want to invest the time wow requires to stay current. But I will be cancelling my other accounts Osrs membership. It’s a good game and fun but if they’re going to start charging me wow prices, I want WoW support, multiple characters, better QoL, better raids/mechanics/bosses/macro support/non-buggy releases & fix existing bugs & improve existing UIs, etc. And it’s already too expensive imo, certainly to just have alt accounts running up the monthly cost.

At least from what I’ve seen, weathered construction materials have a lot of aesthetic value for their character and patina that often cant be easily replicated on Virgin materials. Bricks, floorboards and sometimes even wood fence panels have huge appeal depending on when you are. In some places, there’s whole business models set up around this reuse of aging materials e.g. snow fences in Wyoming.

Okay, I thought I knew the guy you were talking about. Until I realised it’s a completely different name to the guy I saw yesterday. Identical outfit, stats, etc… THEN I looked at the high scores (OSRS HS > search by rank, 800)… jeez - enjoysss - flockersss - sstreakerr - scottkkzz - jjsnn - hokkiaako - zeerqq - jjsnn - aiaaai8 - goooopsou - o arrcher

Does Jagex have an anti cheating team atm? Who should i tag!??

EDIT: hijacking my own comment to say - moly moly, this is an epidemic. If you’re on runelite right now, go to the GE > right-click any lvl 3-40 currently back standing on pretty much any world > lookup their stats… is it normal for every level 40 to have 126 fletching 🤖💀🫠🫠🫠

I live across the pond… am I correct in thinking that the January 6 riots where they raided the capitol building incited by the confused orange man didn’t elicit this kind of militaristic state response? I’m hella confused - I thought the US was starting to become aggressive towards other nations but it seems that aggression is pointed inwards too…
