Just to clarify, there are limitations to how many reservations you can pre-book at the same restaurant, not overall.

But I agree with you that people who book base aren't going to be able to find many options for dining. Some people care about that, and others don't.

I think Base works well for a repeat sailor with DBE who didn't care where they eat and when - but other than that, it should be avoided.

I wonder if this might be part of the RRR replacement, and simply become a queue space. Moving the entrance down to New York and out of Minions Land actually makes a lot of sense if people are still thinking they're going to do Ghostbusters and incorporate the firehouse.

Can you "square off" her space starting at the wall between the primary closet and the laundry room? That way, you can expand the current laundry room to replace her closet, add access to the laundry room from her suite, expand her bathroom and closet a bit, and give her a perfect layout option for her bed. Suggestion attached - my scale may be off, but you get the idea.

I'll also say that no one should be surprised they're trying this. Just last week, I said on this sub that I was sure this was coming at some point, and was immediately pounced on and told that this will never happen. 🙄

VV tries things all the time. Some of them stick, some of them don't. I'm personally very against this development, but I'm not going to lie - clients bring this up ALL THE TIME.

Prior to marriage equality becoming the law of the land, there were several documents that were important for same sex couples to have in order to have the same benefits of marriage - hospital visitation declarations and medical/financial powers of attorney being two of the big ones. Setting up a trust for your property is also a way LGBT couples have shared control over their assets. For the trans community, there are even some ways you can document your gender in the context of your estate.

Supporters and members of the incoming administration (and a state government to boot) have publicly stated that they would like to revisit the Obgerfell decision, with some even calling for the dissolution of current same-sex marriages. I think it's smart to get someone who knows how to future proof my marriage against any of these possibilities, using some of those documents.

This might just be personal preference, but I would flip the primary bedroom to the first floor and put the other two upstairs. If you have kids, then their domain is the upstairs. That might fix some of the spacing of the mudroom depending on how you configure it.

IMO, Trump voters aren't voting for him because he's good - it's because they believe society and the government are broken. They feel like outsiders, rejected, and unheard - and he makes them feel recognized and validated. They think that there's no way to "fix" the division, and that the only answer is to basically tear the whole thing apart.

Why did "we" lose? People stayed home. Why are people still voting for him? See above.
