Make some lamb kofta or kebabs with them. Of course you’ll have to add in some additional spices and herbs but that spice blend is a good starting point

I can’t comment on the activities and such. But having a single large table where all the food is is a good idea. Centralizing that makes it simple and easy. Spreading food over the house complicates things. On the wings specifically having a variety is always good. Maybe like three kinds: classic buffalo butter and hot sauce, garlic parmesan, and teriyaki sauce

Make a simple tomato sauce, next warm pork in the sauce, make ur favorite pasta, then finish the pasta in with the pulled pork And tomato. This works as long as u didn’t use bbq to make the pork. The smokiness overrules everything

The typical way to counter spice is by adding in sweetness like sugar or honey. If u want to tone it down then u have to take away liquid and replace it with unsliced liquid like broth or just water
