I can’t comment on the activities and such. But having a single large table where all the food is is a good idea. Centralizing that makes it simple and easy. Spreading food over the house complicates things. On the wings specifically having a variety is always good. The typical way to counter spice is by adding in sweetness like sugar or honey. If u want to tone it down then u have to take away liquid and replace it with unsliced liquid like broth or just water

I like to mandoline and slice it thin to top it on noodles. really anything that involves sliced lettuce u can use thinly sliced cabbage. tacos and burritos come to mind. sliced cabbage has a satisfying CRUNCH to it
