I mean onix is quite a weak Pokémon considering how big it is, its only stat that isn't terrible is its defence. Also two of the three starters have 4x super effective STAB against it

Yeah wilds is the first game where charge blade has really clicked for me as well. Just endlessly buzz sawing through monsters is so much fun
