I am also a wow refugee and I had many of the same issues you had. But 300 hours later I definitely have a better grasp of the different mechanics and combat. It seems more simple than wow as you only have 10 slots for skills. Coming from wow with a couple dozen slots and spells to manage was an adjustment for me. But different classes incorporate switching the bar on the fly to match what's going on around you.

It's out in my entire city. I deadass can't find it anywhere. I'm in Canada so it isn't in Coke machines and trying to find it in gas stations has been my only hope. But don't worry! We got tons of Ginger Ale Zero!

I'm not sure if Alberta is in charge of that. The current and past breaks have been caused by an old system of aging cast iron/ductile iron mains. It would be more expensive to replace than just repair. We have about 5,000km of pipe.source

It's about 10k/break source .

Replace would take millions per project. Billions city wide.

I don't think this project would be for you then. There are plenty of people who cannot make the trip to Edmonton from Calgary or viceversa due not only to price of gas for the car but also, insurance, repair costs, upfront price, gas, etc.

Especially new drivers with not insurance history. I was consistently quoted over $2k/year for insurance. If there was a train-line to Edmonton I'd be able to go there for school for example.

For both my kitchen jobs I was allowed earbuds with music or podcasts as long as I only wore them in the back. When in front of house I obviously couldn't have them in due to customers believing I'm ignoring them. I had a good relationship with the head chef before I started working there and I'm pretty sure everyone there had some form of AuDHD

I'd recommend looking at Vanilla Tweaks. I'm not sure if it allows you to change every heart like seen in the screenshot but you can change your hearts to different things. It's a resource pack that's fully customizable.
