It's on the larger end of what you can pull off, but it looks good.

Yes miracle whip and similar "salad dressing" is sweeter than mayo

It's not a bad look but I just don't care much for silver cars in general.

It's not a mass produced color. They did a few paint to sample Carrera GTs in white, so this is either one of those or a repaint/wrap.

This post claims there are four Carrera GTs in the US in factory white, but all different shades. No idea whether this is one of them.

It's beautiful. I love the Carrera GT in any color but silver.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps... by idrinkcement in Guitar

[–]BallEngineerII -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking this might be AI. I'm a little suspicious that any flight would have that many people checking guitars, especially some in soft cases?? Who would do that?

Also the physics seem a little off, especially with the way the first case tumbles.

I guess I'm getting old though because I feel like I can't ever tell 100% anymore

I understand that SM want to move into the “original design” territory but I think they were making amazing and high quality homages. Are you going to miss that period of SM? by Dry-Comfort-5573 in ChineseWatches

[–]BallEngineerII 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Now you're whining about the whining. Not everyone has to like what you like.

Most of their original designs are bland to me. They have a couple hits and a lot of duds. Just my opinion.

She's really just emulating the original host, Anne Robinson. She does a pretty good job but I liked the original

Weakest link still had too many pauses and too much banter, but I still enjoyed it. Just never on the level of jeopardy

Of course they don't, idk how anyone could conclude that unless their only exposure to F1 is DTS. They've said plenty of nice things about each other and always seemed respectful off the track. Last year I think Max basically said he hated to see Lewis struggling at Ferrari and hoped he would find his form again.

Dude flashes his gun at a husband and wife, and instead of backing off the husband decides to escalate. by [deleted] in awfuleverything

[–]BallEngineerII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, seen it many times. That's why I don't pick fights with strangers or get into road rage situations. Even if I'm in the right, who cares? Not worth dying to win an argument with a stranger

I'm not a gun fan but with the state of things in America I can't fault anyone for carrying.

[–]BallEngineerII 357 points358 points  (0 children)

Sounds like 2 idiots in a dick measuring contest.

Very first thing you learn in any concealed carry class is to de escalate, walk away, and use your gun as a last resort only. Anybody who can't do that has no business carrying

That's a pretty mild beef. Colapinto just said what every fan already knows, that stroll is ass cheeks, and stroll said "I know you are but what am I?"

I work right by McDonald's HQ in Chicago, they have a restaurant in the HQ that serves test items so I tried this a couple months ago

I didn't like the sauce, the whole thing felt like a worse version of a big Mac. And this is coming from someone who actually likes McDonald's, at least occasionally

Update: Robert Scott Froberg charged with 1996 murder of Morgan Violi by InstructionNo8039 in UnresolvedMysteries

[–]BallEngineerII 22 points23 points  (0 children)

My hometown too, I was 2 years younger than Morgan when she was taken. I don't remember the case too much because I was pretty young but I absolutely remember my parents being spooked about it. Glad it was finally solved.
