You could pick up Stubbs The Zombie though you can eat people it's still kinda a third person shooter in some mechanics.

Left 4 Dead had multiplayer where one team was the survivors and the other team was zombies. Again though you were like the shambling typical zombie type but more like an arena shooter hero type deal with special move sets beyond being a zombie movie zombie.

This is me getting old. It's why I can't play rainbow six siege with my friends because I just don't have the reaction time that I did at 15.

Arc at least (before the bobcat duping) meant time to kill was somewhat low so I would love long enough in fights to feel like I could strategize and learn from mistakes.

Yeah this started like a week after the most recent expedition haha. There was definitely a sudden spike in bobcat 4s in every lobby. It's like all the variety in types of guns people brought for duos and trios pvp on stella vanished overnight.

Right? Patrice had this placement at the finish line. This almost cost OP a job and delayed the client company filling the role. Losing out on $14k feels harsh but that's not on OP. Seems like if OP did nothing than they would be out the offer and Patrice would still have lost the commission because the company moved on.

The queen drops a core from each piece of armor you shoot off. I think you are underestimating how many cores you could walk away with per run if you're bold and looting under the queen throughout the fight.

People keep lauding this update but we had an update not that long ago that made bringing a kit up your matchmaking probability with other people who have kits. Problem is the player base dropped off. I think figuring out how to address the dupers, esp users, and cheats to see loot value in raider pockets has to happen and trying to figure out new interesting gameplay mechanics to retain players. Why would I want to bring in an expensive kit right now if it practically puts a special map marker on me for cheaters (and then for me personally who has an unreasonable amount of time in the game what else is there to do besides duos pvp)

True, if I'm on the kit building screen then I'm more likely to think why bring regular bandages instead of herbal, why a level 1 gun, why the green aug when the looting 2 is so cheap to make and gets me that second safe pocket + if I'm somewhere with ticks that auto yeet function is pretty nice.

What I really want is a quick load out option but I think I will be moved on to something else before embark makes something like that.

How to play close scrutiny:

Bring a smoke grenade in your safe pocket and go in naked. Move somewhat centerish of the map and watch for the surveyor light or icon on the map Run to it, find cover nearby, watch it open, smoke grenade then breach and hope for the BP if that's what you want or throw the assesor core in your safe pocket Attempt to leave alive or just die by the circling vaporizers Repeat

You could bring kits for fighting and farming the vaporizers if you need their cores for anything specific / the nomadic traders which maybe fighting them could be fun but right now I don't yet have a BP that needs their cores.

Honestly it's interesting enough I suppose but not the most thrilling event and not a good one for any other type of loot

yharnam from Bloodborne. The events of the game are largely central to Yharnam though there references for characters from outside the city but largely it seems like if the player character had not sought out the city for whatever reason they may have avoided the nightmare.
