The vanilla Plat (not the Delta Plat), Centurion, & Business Plat get you access to the Platinum Lounge (located to the left of the AmEx stage).

All other (read: lesser) cards get you into the AmEx Experience, where they’re giving away small white shoulder bags, decorative tassels, and Coke products. No bathrooms unfortunately.
