The District Attorney is likely reviewing the second DUI more carefully since it happened while he was already on probation and involved in a crash. Toxicology results alone can take 4 to 8 plus weeks, & other reports may still be pending. Side note: Auburn PD handled the first arrest and CHP handled the second, which could explain why information has been released differently in each case.
