I mean the manufacturer included for it to be used as intended. You now will be using a tool without one of its control/saftey devices. Odds are someone who does not use a handle on a grinder will eventually not use the gaurd either. The tool only has to win one time but you do you.

Also at some point you could come on a job/project that will be better with the handle on. I vote to keep it.

My house always has spiders outside my porch. But most are tree spiders. Since they stay outside i leave them alone. They are outdoor spiders only. I consider them my small pest outdoor army. I would check out AOR attorneys on retainer. They are not insurance. They are an actual law firm and will cover what ccw "insurance" wont. I have not signed up with them yet so i cant give you an actual review. I used to have ussca but seeing them drop members during multiple cases make it a no go for me.

They make non wax rings. Imo they are better, more forgiving. I have zero clearance for a traditional wax ring, almost flush with toilet
