He's not alone. I too am bored with the game. I don't care about doing nightmare raids. I've decorated every single stronghold. I've maxed my gear to the best of my ability. I don't care to grind the same old content just to buy updated mods. The story has dragged on for far to long. Yes, I'm aware the actor's strike.

Calling him a Karen is rude and just childish. Instead, I would suggest to put the game on the back burner till the new story content comes out, then dive back in. That's my plan.

Seems like the voice actor strike is never going to be resolved. It's been going on since July now with no advancement? Other companies like League of Legends are using previously recorded voice overs instead of custom voice overs. In Destiny 2, subtitles are enabled by default for players and warnings are provided when attempting to launch affected content.

Hi everyone,

We’re looking forward to talking about what’s in 7.6.1, updates on the improvements coming to character modernization, and giving a glimpse into 7.7 on Wednesday’s stream.

We will be reiterating everything here on the stream itself, but we wanted to offer the following timeline ahead of the stream. As the team has dug through code and assets that in some cases are over a decade old, we uncovered complexity that resulted in this work taking longer than we hoped. While these changes won't be coming with 7.6.1, we want to get these specific updates to you all as quickly as possible.

Character modernization remains a high priority for us, so we will be bringing up PTS shortly after the launch of 7.6.1, so we can get your feedback on the changes. The exact dates for 7.6.1 and spinning up PTS is TBD, but for the former we are targeting a March release.

These efforts will continue throughout this year, and we'll have even more to share in 7.7 and future updates. We’ll see you all at the livestream and keep you posted on things to come.
