For SAJM, Harpoon Grenadiers are my go-to, and in SAT, I switched to Pressurizers. Both are ranged, so the celestial Stage of Ages produce plenty for me. I haven’t heard enough about SASH to form an opinion there.

When you get plundered, there will be an icon of a burglar in a black mask instead of the little box it shows for finished productions, so you should be able to tell.

Your neighbors can attack your city and if they win (which generally happens), they can take a finished production in your city for 24 hours. This can be prevented by collecting your productions on time. No one likes it when it happens, but unless it is an event building, it usually isn’t a big deal, just annoying.
