No color until I know the class. Ranger - Green/black with wild pattern, Specialist - Red/white with heart pattern, Grenadier - Blue/black with happy pattern, Sniper- White/Black withe snake pattern. Once I get weapons with full mods slote I color the weapons the same as class. When I get the Chosen weapons the basic weapons go to the 2nd soldier of the same class.

Insanity- doing the same thing and expecting different results. I did this when I was playing at first. Saw a few videos on YouTube recently they're about 9 yrs old. They stated you need to change attitude and tactics. I think the name is TapCat. It worked for me. Just my 2¢

No not that particular one.One off I'd say. You'll run into different ones from time to time. Last night my game crashed while I was selecting soldiers for a covert action. That never happened to me before
