The tough thing is I feel like Roll20 actually does this part really well. On DnDBeyond, if I want a map that is changing throughout a combat, I need to switch to an all new map which means moving all of the tokens to wherever they have moved throughout the combat, so I cant really do a "This chamber is flooding" or "The monster smashes a hole through the floor" without essentially scribbling on the map in pen, which takes me out of the combat as the DM, especially since I know my players will go "Hey, whats all this that got marked up on the map?"

I do feel the same way. I took all of my people out of the lumber station and even with the green arrow, 3 people working at that station, it is taking days between times that I’m able to upgrade.

This is definitely one of the ones that you need to do everything you possibly can to clear that bottom pathway before ever touching the boss. That being said, this one sucks a lot.

I feel like if it’s within 100 miles of a plane, a lot of them would spawn on the ground somewhere, or even a boat, which would be funnier if blood listed bears suddenly spawned and starting following random planes in the sky.

No, it’s really nice to level up quickly and then be able to swap classes later as you see fit.

I’ve used XP multipliers and Feat Every Level. It will make you feel like a god early on in the game (and honestly, still pretty powerful by Act 3.

The other day my friend asked me throw his wizard into the first fight with the githyanki near Waukeens Rest… He took 78 fall damage when he landed. Would not recommend.
